We stayed for three nights and i can say with complete honesty this is the best B&B we have stayed in. Fiona & Tim were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choise . We have stayed in Whitby many times and when we go back we will not hesitate to stay here again.

We were a party of six friends and were warmly welcommed on our arrival with home made cakes tea and coffee and huge smiles from our hosts Tim and Fiona. What an exceptional couple. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfasts were delicious, we were spoilt for choice. As well as the usual menu there were daily 'specials'. All rooms were absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest detail. We had the Raj room for the weekend and it was sumptious, our friends had Manhatten and Troon, the bed very comfortable and the ensuite exemplary.

We were touring on motorcycles and Tim made sure that our bikes were securely parked at night.

We met 'Dillon of Whitby's' namesake who is a very friendly chocolate labrador who loves his fuss.

If you are considering staying at Whitby (this guest house is only a five minute walk away from the town centre) we can wholeheartedly recommend you contacting Tim and Fiona, we will be visiting them again.

Great location. Great hosts, Great rooms with amazing attention to detail. A real gem of a place. Breakfast is fantastic with home made bread for toast and homemade biscuits in the room. What more could you want?

This was trully a great experince in a Boutique B and B with attention to the minutest detail in so many areas

Our stay was in Troon which was delight. Crisp white sheets, snuggly duvet, comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with even a silent closing loo seat. No clattering there!

Breakfast was a superb experience too and a nice touch was tea and cake on arrival

Excellent location across the road from a park and a short walk to town

HIGHLY recopmmended

A superb B&B that offers so much more than most. Excellent standard of accommodation - everything is lovely & very tasteful - with attention given to every detail. Beds are so comfy & Breakfast is superb - again not just your usual choices - but lots of scrummy alternatives & all high quaility local produce too!
The owners are very friendly & offer lots of lovely extras to make sure that you enjoy your stay. This is no ordinary B&B its more like a exceptional value "boutique hotel".
If you miss this one you will really kick yourself - its my guess that it will soon be full all year & getting in here will be a challenge!
Absolutely fabulous - amazing value!
