Well food brings real value for money and be carefull on selection since words are not exactly click the mind, I ended up with big dish of meat and french fries..
But missed out the mus-ells dish, lot recommend the dish as something not to forget on trying.. But I forgot it badly !

I visited in the summer and sat outside with a gorgeous flavoured beer (and I don't like beer!)...lovely building inside and out and have heard the food is good as well

Great beer and lovely to sit outside with in the summer, it's on the pricey side though so it's one for a treat rather than a regular

stopped here new years eve for drinks and ended up staying for food. Bit dubious but it was superb, slightly expensive but very good quality and you get what you pay for, good portions and beer matches with food was a nice touch

Eat here with a good half of beer

The main attraction for this place is the beer, but we tried the food as well this time. We were taken upstairs to the restaurant which is really quite spacious and its great that they havent tried to cram more tables in.
The food sounds probaly more exciting than it is, but that doesnt detract from what is good pub grub. Its not fancy food or fine dining, but it tastes goos and fits in with the over all feel of the place. I think that it os good valueand has really friendly staff.

The main point of this place though is the beer. It maybe expensive but again i think its worth it to try different flavours. It turns drinking into something to savour rather than just have as much as you can!! it does fel a bit ceremonial having a drink from a glass designed specificaly for that beer.
My advice? Stick to 2 types and just enjoy them
