This is the 3rd time this year we have stayed here so I wasn't gong to write a review as I have reviewed on 2 previous occasions, however once again the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. One can be picky about where to sit for breakfast etc but in general the breakfast is great value for the choices available and it's all you can eat. I had a problem with connecting to the wi-fi and asked at reception if there had been any other reports, there hadn't been but I was immediately offered a refund and free wi-fi for the rest of my stay. I see no reason to stay a any other hotel when visiting Norwich, unless you have deep pockets of course.
