Spur of the moment decision to eat here, since a neighbouring restaurant wouldn't let us sit down for a further 10 minutes... Lucky us. We've eaten at the 'bigger brother' - The Last Wine Bar and enjoyed it.
Nice cool atmosphere, tables outside if wanted, good menu, great inexpensive house wines, enjoyable meal.
Only problem could be parking - limited on-street parking with a one-hour limit, but worth the risk!

Lovely little local restaurant with good food, wine, beer and service. The food was well cooked and portions just right. A great find! We'll be back.

We spent a very nice evening at the Last Brasserie, enjoying delicious food presented by attentive and friendly staff. One of our company is a vegetarian who was for a change offered a selection vegetarian options that were neither too precious nor quirky but extremely tasty. The menu isn't extensive but enough to a offer a good variety of tastes that reflect a good quality experience at an affordable price. A very nice evening.

This restaurant is close to me and I had read some not so positive reviews here so was pleasantly surprised by the good atmosphere and service, the staff were both friendly and attentive and the food was good with plenty of choice including some specials. Portions were good with some excellent starters (I really liked the Ham Hock Terrine with celeriac remoulade). The Wine too was varied and not overly pricey. 3 courses plus wine for 4 of us was £105 plus tip. I can recommend this as a good choice for a convivial evening with friends Parisian style.

Decided to stop by here for a meal with friends who live in the area.

They raved about it so it was a "why not?" situation.

Firstly, its relatively small and that usually indicates that the food should be really outstanding as their aren't that many diners to cater for and a chef can spend time creating fabulous dishes.

Tables are quite close together and if there was a loud table, it would certainly spoil the experience for others.

Wine list is very similar to The Last Wine Bar (same group of companies) as was the pricing.

In fact, there is such a similarity between them that its just a bit of a decision as to whether you want a smaller venue or a slightly larger one.

The meals were good, but that said, nothing exceptional.

Choices were varied, but we've often had at least as good elsewhere.

The waiting staff worked as a team and thats always a plus.

Really, I can't put my finger on why, but this place just misses out.

Its above "average", certainly, but "very good" is probably a bit too generous.

I'd probably prefer to dine somewhere else.
