“A hidden treasure”

Lovely garden, full of interesting nooks, and colourful planting. On a warmer day would be nice to sit and read.

“Peace & tranquility in the city centre”
Reviewed April 21, 2014

I can't believe I've lived in Norwich all my life and have never found this gem before. Lovely and peaceful, plenty of seating for relaxing. Take a sandwich and a drink for a peaceful lunch. Only down side is there is no parking on site (not a problem if you know the area and where to park) and toilets are only open when an event is on. I'll definitely be going back...only £2 admission (pop in an honesty box when no attendant on site). Afternoon tea is available on a Sunday and there are events and tours available throughout the year (see website for details).

“A wonderful garden which has been restored over a period of many years.”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

A fine garden and greenhouse which has been lovingly restored and is worth a visit of about a hour in length.
