Every year, Felbrigg Hall holds a Carol Concert in the Courtyard. A local Brass Band plays the carols and everyone gets a carol song sheet to try to join in! There is mulled wine and lovely foods to eat. If you have a dog, the walks around the estate are lovely and the dogs can join in during the carol concert. Word of warning, if it has been wet, the car parking can get a bit muddy - bring Wellies!

Don't expect Blickling Hall here. This is a much smaller but enchanting affair of a house. The staff will give you all the info. you need if gently nudged on occasion. The grounds are also not huge but afford the walks through parkland that most people look for.Given the choice,it's Felbrigg every time for me if it's a North Norfolk house I want to visit.

I've been here many times and love the atmosphere of the place. If you get a chance to go on one of their "Attic and Cellar" tours, it's well worth it!

Felbrigg Park is no comparison to Blickling. Nearby.
The hall is not so exciting and the staff, not so active. Visiting friends have confirmed this.
For the charges involved, Blickling has far more value for money.
Felbrigg staff are more remote from visitors, the park has less to offer in many respects.
