“Disappointing and a rip off”
Reviewed March 29, 2013 via mobile

The dim sum was nice but that's where the joy ended. Our 8 year old asked for lemonade and was told he could only have a pint, not a half. At £3.20 a pint. They sell beer in half pints, so why not lemonade? We ordered 2 noodle soups. They arrived as huge vats of packet stock and vermicelli, a tiny amount of duck consisting of mainly fat and bone on the top. When I complained I was informed I should have specified which part of the duck to eat. So if you go, make sure you specify edible food and order one meal between 3. Total meal price £32 for 2 half eaten bowls of slop, one starter and 3 soft drinks.

“cold restaurant and food!!”
Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

Let's start with the good news, food is excellent, staff are friendly, tables are clean, easy parking outside during lunchtime.

Now for the bad..... the restaurant is freezing, take the hint when people leave their coat on!

The food is not warm enough either, try using some sort of table candle heaters under the dishes!

SERIOUSLY, THE RESTAURANT IS OBVIOUSLY MAKING MONEY, LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS, PUT THE HEATING ON!

“Great chinese”
Reviewed March 21, 2013

Went for lunch and was not dissapointed
We tried the lunchtime dim sum which was superb I think it is a mark of this restaurant that the majority of customers were chinese
The service was ok the only thing I felt was that the room was a little bit on the cool side
Overall could not fault it

“Can't fault it!”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

We go for the Dim Sum during Saturday afternoons, usually once a month, although we have had other meals there. The place is quite spacious and very clean. The staff are welcoming & friendly as well as efficient. The food is fresh, tasty & hot. Last, but by no means least, the price is very reasonable and commensurate with the food & level of service. We would recommend this establishment to anyone.

“Well I didn't expect that”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

In Norwich recently visiting a friend and at his suggestion tried this place out, it being Sunday evening the place was about half full.
Started with the dim sum starter for two which offered a good selection of the more popular dim sum and was very nice.
I am very particular about my Chinese food and was surprised to find that they offered my favorite duck and rice (boiled) dish although they do not offer a mixed plate (two or sometimes three meat) option but with my friend going for the roast pork and rice we were able to create our own two meat alternative which with the chilli oil side was really good and easily as good as you would get anywhere in the UK.
Our waiter was obviously new and a bit inexperienced but very helpful and keen to help.
All washed down with a couple of lagers and chinese tea and the bill was reasonable.
