This would certainly be a bed and breakfast I would recommend to family and friends. Run by two delightful hostesses Sally (the owner) and her beautiful little dog Lola. Lovely clean rooms, ideal setting, wonderful breakfast. Ideally situated for the Broads but even a trip to North Norfolk is not that far away. Sally could not have been more helpful. Our 2 nights were not enough, we shall make every effort to return.

We stayed here for four nights in September and were impressed by everything about "Little Willows". Sally was a wonderful hostess, while we were in her B&B. She was always kind and helpful and gave us many useful notes for our excursions. The breakfasts were excellent with beautifully cooked produces. Never before we have had such a delicious English Breakfast. The Breakfast room has a beautiful ambiance.
Our accommodation was clean and fitted out tastefully - exactly like we had imagined this. The evenings we spent together with the other guests in the comfy (cosy) and very stylish "parlour". At all - in our opinion, Sally proves a very good taste at the choice of the Furniture.
It is a good starting point to make excursions to the surroundings, the sea, the Broads and the many beautiful towns (e.g. Norwich and Southwold) and villages.
The Little Willows is a top location for a stay in Norfolk. We have already booked for this Christmas Time!

Our visit to Little Willows was wonderful thanks to our host 'Sally'. From the first telephone contact, Sally made every effort to make our visit enjoyable. This included: welcoming us on arrival, chilled wine, tea, coffee & biscuits in our room, a table at the local restaurant (booked in advance) and a superb farmhouse breakfast. Our accommodation was beautifully presented and the en-suite was spotless. We would not hesitate to recommend Sally's high class B&B.

Sally had thought of everything to make our stay just what we wanted. The spotless modern cottage, furnished in a New England style has everything you could need, including the glasses for a pre dinner drink in the garden! Breakfasts served in her own dining room are delicious and can be requested to suit your timing. Gone are the days when you have to leave the accommodation immediately after breakfast to return only in time to go to bed. Sally is very happy for you to enjoy her beautiful gardens, including scrumping the apples from the orchard where the chickens live. Truely an idyillic setting, well placed for city visits in Norwick and seaside days at Southwold.

On arrival was met by Sally and her little dog Lola, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The cottage is set in an idyllic position overlooking a beautiful garden area very private and peacefull. The patio area is a relaxing place to have pre-dinner drinks. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, shared sitting room and if self catering the use of a kitchen. The cottage is beautifully decorated with lovely country furnishings. The bedroom description is calm with white walls, crisp white quilt cover and lovely purple throw/cushions. (we did feel it was a bit small).l Plenty of tea/coffee refreshments available. Bathroom lighting very good, again good supply of shower/shampoo available. The husbandry of this accomodation is outstanding. Sally the host was very helpful she recommend a local pub - The White Horse for dinner and arranged for a taxi to take us there and collect us later. Breakfast the next morning was a real delight plenty of choice, excellently presented in Sally's home. We had an very enjoyable stay and was made to feel very much at home. Thank you Sally & Lola.

From the time of our arrival to the time we left we felt welcome. We stayed in the self contained cottage where everything was spotless and had everything one could want for an enjoyable stay. We visited the local pub for an evening meal booked in advance by Sally which was lovely. The lounge area of the cottage was very relaxing and comfortable. Breakfasts were served in the main cottage where a wide range of food was available beautifully cooked and served.
I must say we both enjoyed our short break in Norfolk very much and hope to return soon,
Full marks Sally.
