We stayed at 37 Clarges, not Shaw House, in one bedroom unit. The Location was amazing, a 4 to 5 min walk to the tub, within 1-2 tub stops of anything you want to see in London. Can walk to any kind of shopping theaters and Hyde Park etc. Not fancy but clean. The only problem was that there was no AC. Liked the layout, was very comfortable. Vlad was the man who helped us. He was extremely helpful. He helped us with everything and was always there checking on us to make sure everything was okay.

Room tip: 37 is better than 34-36

This flat was very good for family consisting of 4 adults and 3 Kids, therefore we had no trouble with space, the bathrooms were very clean. Although getting to the flat was a bit of a problem since it’s 4 floors up and the elevator was old and only fit 2 people per time, so half of the family ended up going up 4 floors of stairs, the living room’s lights were very dim, and the maids don’t clean the flat in bank holidays for 3 days and it’s frustrating, the apartment should have a receptionist to increase the level of security to question unauthorized people
that enter the building, theirs a supermarket near the apartment which is good, i really liked the area because Hyde Park is right infront of the area .

We had booked the 1 bedroom apartment at Park Lane - Shaw House located in central London - Mayfair.

Here will be my points in short

- Location, merely close by South Molten St.
- 2 bathrooms available for 1 bedroom apartment
- Great sized living room
- Double bed sofa
- House managers were kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the basement prior to going to the airport

- Lift is a huge pitfall, so small that me, my husband and 2 toddlers had to squash in literally to a point where my kids were saying i cannot see!
- Another point to the lift was the sliding doors, there were the old doors that u had to pull to open and that you must hold onto tightly otherwise it will slam and may break someones fingers! Very very very dangerous! (We we’re situated on the last floor)
- Cleaners came everyday but bed linens were not even changed once! Only the towels were, and will be done twice a week only except weekends!
- No receptionist

Overall, I do advise they change the lift and fit a much bigger and safer one, then I would definitely come back to it again.

Firstly the location may be central but not great, also kind if misleading as office address and the place where they five you apartment is different.I stayed for 7 nights at their clarges street apartment, and it was a bad decision.Saw a rat in my apartment the first day and called up the duty manager, got pest control done next day.even after that saw rats again,as can be seen in the picture.House manager Raul was very helpful but other help staff was rude when they would come, especially the guy who checked us out.The apartment itself is spacious, but no AC,no fans and no ventillation. If the weather is not good then impossible to stay, and on request only one table fan was provided. I paid GBP 350 per night for this aprtment and it was not at all worth it,much better options are available at that price.Cleaning services were good inside, but outside the apartment its very dirty as there is a restaurant next door and garbage bags pile up right outside. All in all ,not worth it at all at the price, maybe maximum at GBP 150.

we stayed at the place for one week. the facility is very nice, centrally located from the fashion and business districts. All central london attractions are less than fifteen minute walk. i highly recommend the place.
