A large afternoon tea with fresh sandwiches, lovely scones with clotted cream and jam and a nice selection of cakes. We were also served fresh strawberries and a glass of Prosecco (or freshly squeezed orange juice if you prefer). Service is good and the items well presented. This is one of the best teas we have had in a London hotel. The restaurant where tea is served is not as grand as one of the larger, more well known hotels but you cannot fault the quality.

Came here for a business dinner and thought the whole experience was lovely.Very well organized and ready for us when we arrived..Food was really good and the menu offers different and tempting dishes. The manager or head waiter always checks to see how your dinner is going..The service we had was excellent. Overall a perfect evening,we will be back !!

Lovely quiet little restaurant in this big hotel!! The food was a real treat and the staff very efficient and friendly. On a voucher so the menu was a little restricted, but we had one fussy eater and one vegetarian and all of us found plenty to choose from.

There is a lot good about the afternoon tea. Everything was fresh, sandwiches were tasty as were scones and the fruit tarts. The service was friendly and not obtrusive. The men's bathroom has really funky sinks.

Things that would make it even nicer, really about presentation. The sandwiches looked like from a packet from Tesco. Suggest use more interesting bread, and allow them to look natural, not sliced by a machine.

If you are offering sparkling wine, which also was nice by the way, please serve it in a flute, not a red wine glass.

Apart from the fruit tart, which was gorgeous, the cakes were a bit dull really.

I think an earlier comment is spot on. If this is your first afternoon tea, fine, you will enjoy it. But there are offerings in London that have raised the benchmark much higher these days.

We went for an evening meal we got through Groupon

The food and service was faultless. The burger was probably the best burger I have ever had. It was so good.

It is a restaurant attached to the hotel, so it doesn't have an environment as such. We were the only ones there...but me and my boyfriend enjoyed it as it was quiet and we could relax.

You must try their amazing cocktails (caution - strong alcohol)

We will return
