Help yourself Chinese food served in a small cafe environment. You may share a table with or sit very close to others and soft drinks only available. The food is fine and not much meat but this was not a problem for me. It fitted the bill when it is late and you are hungry (post theatre) and beats the usual fast food. I can't see how anyone can complain for £5.50 per person to eat as much as you like in central London! The staff provided a friendly welcome at the time of our visit.

Enjoyed this Chinese buffet for the price paid for it (£5.50 per person for food and £1.30 for a can of Pepsi). Although there isn't a massive selection of different dishes, they do have a good variety of some key Chinese dishes and to me there was sufficient choice. The food was hot and constantly being replenished with fresh bowls. It was tasty and the dishes worked well together, and the staff were efficient yet still friendly. Lots of other tables of people just dropped in for a quick buffet lunch, but we were there for about an hour or so and managed a couple of decent sized plates of food. Doesn't necessarily look like much from the outside but I would definitely recommend this place and return there myself when I'm next in London!

Tempted here by the cheap prices but wished we'd spent a bit more. The food was poor-average. We ate upstairs and had to keep going downstairs to the buffet and then up again. Upstairs was more like a waiting room than a restaurant, very sparsely furnished and cramped. No service except for drinks which weren't cold.

After a birthday trip to see Jersey Boys, followed by a few drinks in the Admiral Duncan, my wife and I saw that this place was open, and we thought that we would give it a try. We were very surprised, both by the quality and by the price. The food was fresh and tasty, and our bill, including a Chinese beer, came to under £19! The only drawback was that the food was not that hot. Still it was passable, and we would both definitely come here again.

Cheap and cheerful, no service but food hot and tasty perhaps a little greasy. Ideal if you are on your way out somewhere of need a quick bite to eat, but certainly not a venue in itself. Take it in that context and it serves its purpose.
