My daughter and I ate at Texture at the end of November. We wanted to have the Scandinavian tasting menu but were told they had their Christmas menu on instead so we had the vegetarian tasting menu. The portion size was just right and each dish was interesting and tasty. We especially enjoyed the sorrel sorbet and milk ice cream as the predessert. Tasting menus are generally expensive but it is a chance to taste a variety of the chef's ideas of presentation. Great dining!
