Great view over London, with good food, friendly staff and a small but well selected wine list. Finding a very large garden, complete with ducks and flamingos, on the 7th-floor roof is an added wow-factor bonus. Great place to take visitors, especially in the summer when one can dine outside. We go about once a month.

The gardens are on 6th fllor of the old Derry & Toms department store building and one level below the Babylon Restaurant. Diners can get to it easily down stairs from the bar area. There are pools and flamingoes, as well as trees and plants laid out. The whole is surprisingly calm, situated above the bustling shopping traffic below

My friend and I wanted somewhere different for lunch, and were alerted to the "Stardeal" at £30 to include a glass of champagne and 3 courses from a special menu. We liked the selection and I chose the mushroom risotto, the onion tart and the chocolate cake. All nicely prepared and presented, and no dish was too large. The food tasted good. I chose a rioja from an expensive list of wines and was very happy with the taste of that. Service by our Italian waiter, Silvio, was attentive and I preferred to give him cash rather than have 12.5% added to the bill. The restaurant belongs to Virgin Freeway airline programme so you can earn points too on this very good meal!

My sister bought my a voucher for my birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening in the restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, it was fine dining without feeling overly posh/stuffy.

Our food was amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waiter was great, always kept our drinks topped up and the one time he saw me pouring some water he was over straight away to do it for us.

The views over London were great although it was dark when we went so we couldn't see too much. Overall though, we really enjoyed our evening.

Had an amazing night last night with friends. The gardens are stunning and a real find in the huge metropolise that is London! Live band made the night even better followed by a DJ in the main bar area - music up to date. However on the down side the drinks are expensive £27 for a bottle of wine but guess you're paying for the ambience, and location. I will return to the Gardens but possibly in the summer months when you can enjoy the gardens to their fullest and in slightly warmer temperatures.
