“Family holiday in London with teenagers”

Its a nice new and clean appartment, you can use both Vauxhall en Kennington underground. Quiet surroundings but also nice pubs, big Tesco supermarkt (fresh baked Bread) in 7 minutes. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very nice with 3 teenagers. Also Netflix and super WIFI!. Minor points: very hot during summertime (roofapparment) , it's not suitable for 6 persons but 4 (diningchairs, equipment in kitchen and folding bed is bad)

“Spacious flat in an excellent location.”
Reviewed June 26, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Seven of us stayed here comfortably as it is a very spacious flat. It is within walking distance of the centre of London and near train, bus and underground. There are grocery stores nearby and some good pubs. It was easy to find and it has a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine with rack, ironing board, iron etc. The fold out beds do indeed need some work as mentioned by others. Some of the slats are broken and others fall out as soon as you lie down. The freezer needs defrosting and the dishwasher needs to be fastened down. These are small details though and I do highly recommend this flat.

“Modern, well kitted flat, perfect for 4 adults, 10 minute walk to Parliament”
Reviewed April 25, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

While Westminster is an easy walk away, over the river; Vauxhall busses and the Tube are 5 minutes from the flat. Great views from the top of the 88 bus. Ask for the excellent Bus map from the information office outside Vauxhall tube station. The beds are comfortable and the water is very hot. Whilst appreciating that people can be pigs with provided towels, perhaps better ones can be considered for the future? 4 out of 5 side lights were not working but that can be easily rectified. Overall a great base for a few days in London.

“A very modern condo that has everything”
Reviewed April 4, 2017 for a stay in March 2017

It's difficult to choose from hundreds of hotels/B&Bs/shortlet in London, and I consider myself lucky that I made the right choice at last. The condo is perfect for families. The decoration is very modern, and everything is provided from hair drier to cooking oil.

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Vauxhall tube station (Victoria Line) and Vauxhall train station, 12 minutes walk to Kennington tube station (North Line), and 18 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey. But if you plan to go outside of London by train a lot, it's probably better to live somewhere near Paddington Station. For me, it's all right since I mostly stayed in London except for 1 day.

The owner Pamela is super nice. First, she was very responsive and patient, usually replied my email within hours. Second, travelling with a baby is very tiring, and I am very grateful that Pamela let us check in hours earlier than the normal check in time. Third, she let us store our luggage in the condo for the day that we left London for Bath, which really saved us a lot of time and strength. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!

All in all, I would really love to live here again the next time I visit London!

“nice modern apartment south of the Thames”
Reviewed July 26, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Four of us rented this flat for 2 weeks in June 2016. It is located in a nice residential area south of the Thames, about a 10-12 minute walk to both the Vauxhall and Kennington Road tube stations. The apartment is located in a nice modern recent building and is a good size for 4 adults. It has two roomy bedrooms and two nice size bathrooms. We tend to cook in at night for dinner - the apartment could use a few more pots and skillets when cooking a large meal for 4, but the appliances and kitchen utensils overall were more than adequate. I would probably give this unit an Excellent rating, except that the original TripAdvisor description said the unit was air conditioned (a need for one of our traveler's due to health issues) but it was NOT air conditioned! I brought this up to the owners after we arrived and determined there was no air-conditioning. They apologized saying that was left in the description by mistake! Unfortunately, as this was one of our priority issues, it was a bit disconcerting. The owners did provide an extra fan and thankfully London was experiencing a cool period, so overall the impact was not that great. The current property description does not include that the property is air conditioned, but I'm not sure what we would have done if the the weather was warmer than it turned out to be. Also, the general description of the property talks about balconies, but our unit did not have one. It also says it is on the 2nd floor, but the unit we rented was on the 5th floor. While the air conditioning issue and the lack of balcony turned out to not be big issues, it did impact my overall rating. Overall, the apartment was very nice and modern in a nice quiet location. I would rent it again, unless I wanted to say in the more hustle and bustle of Kensington or Mayfair. Also, there were good restaurants, Indian and pubs, very close by, a large grocery store and 2 smaller markets, which were very useful. Finally, the owners were very accessible by e-mail and my interactions with them were very good.
