“Off the beaten track to modern London”
Reviewed July 15, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

This summer the New York Times high lighted the rebirth of this formerly grungy region south of the Thames. Restored and hip venues are easy to find and everything feels safe. A taste for walking required, figure 20 minutes to the nearest tube stations. Great views of Parliament across the river in less time than that. Few tourists will find you here, few London neighborhoods can make the same claim. None so close to the London Eye.

Pam's apartment is part of the rebirth, bright, clean and quiet. Stylish and well built. She was helpful and very pleasant, though unable to attend to one of two showers with a clog during our brief stay.

“Basically met our needs”
Reviewed June 11, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We stayed four nights in this apartment, two couples, so the configuration of bedrooms & bathrooms worked well for us. The apartment was, on the surface, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The most direct route to Vauxhall tube station is not a particularly attractive neighbourhood and the walks takes 8-10mins. A Tesco supermarket is a similar walk away. As we were catching up with friends for the first time in 12 months we spent evenings in, the couches were uncomfortable after awhile of sitting on them. The beds in both bedrooms were squeaky, we even turned the mattresses to see if this would help - it didn't. No mirrors in the bathrooms was a little odd and the main bathroom could do with a grab rail beside the bath as the bath is deep and a little difficult to step out of - our friends are tall and had a bit of trouble. We had trouble with the wifi, particularly in the evenings with it being slow to impossible. It would be helpful to have instructions to the appliances, particularly the washing machine/dryer....we found this difficult and ended up with some shrunk clothes. None of us had used a combination washer/dryer previously. A folder with local area information would be really beneficial for guests - there are numerous brochures which look like they have been left by previous guests, but these relate to London more generally. On returning to the apartment on our last day, two large bags of towels had been left in the entry area of the apartment - we assume it was the owner leaving them for subsequent guests, but it was a little disconcerting that someone had been in the apartment when we weren't expecting it. The apartment basically met our needs.

“Great value”
Reviewed June 1, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

A very comfortable, spacious apartment within easy walking distance of Vauxhall tube (the walk to the station goes past the city farm which is an added bonus, especially if you have children). The apartment was very well equipped, light and bright with extremely comfortable beds. It was quiet at night. It is also an easy stroll to the embankment on the Southside of the Thames for walking to the Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre. Good curry place (The Coriander) close to the station if you don't want to cook. I recommend this apartment highly.

Hello, We stayed in this flat for 5 days and we can confirm that the flat is new, clean and warm. The location and the house is really quiet. The walk to the London Eye took about 20-25 minute. We found good bus routes as well. There are supermarkets in the near to grab some food too. We loved our time here.

“PERFECT PLACE FOR VISIT LONDON”
Reviewed February 3, 2016 for a stay in January 2016

This apartment is perfect. This is what you see in the pictures. Located in a fairly new building, with security, with access within walking distance to a supermarket, subway station (UNDERGROUND TUBE), super quiet. The decor in the department has details of quality, kitchen is complete and it was fantastic arrive in a very cold day and prepare a hot tea. I travel for my work and while traveling with my laptop is also essential to be sure of where you leave your stuff. The windows are excellent so there is no way to get cold. The heating is very good. We take to wash and dry our clothes and iron before leaving the apartment. Pamela was very attentive and made everything very easy. If looking for a safe, warm, modern, full apartment, close to everything: this is the apartment without doubt. I traveled with my husband and my daughters and enjoyed it, including Netflix. Regarding internet: 85% of the time we had no problems connecting. The service is good. My conclusión: rent this apartment for our estadia in London: 1000 points

“Great accommodation in great location for Central London!”

Family with 2 teenage children. Stayed in apartment over Half Term. Good communication from owner and easy check in/out. Spacious apartment easily located 5 minutes walk from Embankment & about 15 minute walk from London Eye. Secure and near to a Tesco supermarket for items. All bed linen & towels provided. Full heating but flat warm without it anyway. TV signal sometimes intermittent, but great to have Wi fi & Netflix.

Only thing extra that may have been useful would have been a Welcome folder giving details of use of amenities e.g. TV/ Netflix, microwave, cooker, etc.

Otherwise great stay in London & would definitely recommend apartment for a stay.
