This is where you go for more authentic Pakistani food, and not the watered down stuff you get in posh high street curry houses.
This isn't the cleanest or glamorous place by any means, and you're not paying for the atmosphere like you do in the other places.
There's no dress code, riff-raff more than welcome and there's been trouble almost every time I've been.
That's all irrelevant though, and people don't seem to care because you come for the food, not all the other baggage.
It's usually busy inside, but they always make room so you'll only wait a couple of minutes. Food comes quickly and they have a great menu.
Chicken tikka masala is the best here compared to other restaurants in the area. You can have a decent meal for 2 for £15 quite easily, so is very reasonably priced.
If you want a dirty curry (i mean that in a good way), with none of the dressed up extras, come here. There's so much more flavor, it'll blow the other "english" curry houses out of the water.
