Stayed at the Andaz on a Friday and Saturday night, and do not really have anything negative to say. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially for tourists wanting to get around. We were in the car but managed to find parking outside the hotel for the weekend.
The room was not very big when compared to other hotels I have stayed in in London, but it had everything we needed. The free non alcoholic drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch, as was the free wi-fi.
There seemed to be a strange noise in the bathroom when in the shower or using the sink which was a bit weird! Other than that the bathroom was clean and spacious.
The hotel wasn't wow, but it was decent and better than staying in a premier inn or ibis. The main reason I booked this hotel was due to the price, so cannot really complain!
The breakfast is pricey, but across the road there is a pret and m+s so if you don't fancy paying the £18 for breakfast there are other places you can go.More
