Description: The people at London's Haché Burger restaurant know that sometimes only the best beef sandwiched between beautiful bread will do. However don't be fooled in to thinking that Haché means fast food; it really doesn't, here is the gourmet burger at its very best, press and public alike will heartily attest to that. Here in buzzing Camden you'll find a glamorous restaurant complete with dim light cast by chandeliers and polite, relaxed, efficient table service. Haché produce the most innovative, not to mention delicious, burgers around made with 100% Scotch beef steak, supreme chicken and fish and vegetables freshly delivered daily. Burgers have changed. For the better.

The burgers are amazing delicious!
Cool area to check out (without children).

The staff was really busy didn't put any effort in a nice service and not very polite.
It was cold; if you are in the front of the restaurant you are in the door opening and it brings you a lot of cold air.

Went on a busy Saturday lunchtime and bagged the last available table for 4. Service was very slick. Burgers cooked how you like with a choice of brioche bun or ciabatta bun. I will go with the Brioche bun next time as the ciabatta was slightly dry (being picky) and the cheese got lost. The burger itself was very good. Battered onion rings were crunchy and delicious and fries or frites as they prefer to be known at Hache were non greasy. At £70 for 4 including 2 beers, 2 soft drinks and a 12.5% service charge (bit cheeky that!) - we would pay it again. It is London after all. We were not rushed even though there was clearly a queue for tables. There is not a lot of space which was a problem for a previous reviewer but we weren't bothered.

We went to Hache before heading to the train to leave London. We were among the first tables to arrive after they opened and the restaurant quickly filled up. There is barely any room to move around in the restaurant and the kitchen is ridiculously placed at the bottom of the stairs near the toilets (ie. staff carrying food climb up the stairs, customers going to the toilets are going down the stairs and clattering of plates was not an uncommon sound). We must have been the victim of such an accident as it took over 45 minutes, much closer to an hour, to get our order when all the other tables around us had come and gone. We had to ask about it on several occasions and little to no information was provided. No apology was ever offered, not even after the meal. In the end we were fairly rushed for the train.

The food, when it finally arrived, was ok at best but certainly not worth the cost or the wait. I'm not even sure I would have been impressed had the experience been nicer. Awful service, ridiculously poor layout of the restaurant.

I can't rate this place highly enough - when you shut your eyes and think of how a burger should be, that's what you get here. You get a great choice of burgers from duck, lamb, chicken, beef or vegetable and each look delicious. I had a steak burger with blue cheese and bacon cooked rare and it was top notch.
A few people have mentioned the service and the ambience and i couldn't find fault in either. I guess one mans cramped is another's cosy? The service was fine if unremarkable but all the staff were friendly and got the four of us seated, easily answering questions we had about the menu.
It's a posh burger bar witha bit more class not a top restaurant so with that in mind it was great - i'll be going back.

Food is great. There is a fantastic selection of burgers to suit every taste - beef, lamb, duck, chicken, fish and vegetarian. They are cooked perfectly and to taste.
The sad thing is that the food is not matched by comfort service or ambience.
Seating is cramped and on uncomfortable chairs, service is mediocre and ambience is non-existent
