Description: Salt Yard is an award-winning bar and restaurant serving modern tapas inspired by the flavours & produce of Spain & Italy. The tapas are complemented by charcuterie and cheese boards and we have a wide selection of excellent wines and sherries. Flexibility is key to Salt Yard. Customers can enjoy a full spread of tapas: or come in simply for a glass of red wine and a plate of cheese, a coffee and a delicious pudding, or even just a perfect martini and a handful of Marcona almonds. Located in central London- a two minute walk from Goodge St tube station- we are perfectly placed for a business lunch, a pre-theatre meal or a night out with friends. The restaurant is also available for private hire.

along with its sister company Dehesa, this place rocks! Good wine, and amazing signature dishes (stuffed courgette and ribs the best!)....good service and understated surroundings....great!

Every dish was delicious and the choice was excellent, with a good range under the meat, fish and veg categories. Beautiful, plump olives to snack on as well. All fish and meat cooked to perfection and perfectly flavoured and seasoned.
Great for very intimate dining - almost a little too cosy as being 6 months pregnant, I had to choose my seat carefully!
Service was efficient and friendly, though sometimes hard to attract attention for extra requests.
The bill came to approx 120 per couple including wine, water and service. I thought this was good value given the quality and that everyone left feeling very full.

We saw this restaurant on Masterchef last year and, being a huge fan of modern tapas, had to go and check it out. Although a little underwhelmed at first, judging by its size, the meal really made up for it with authentic spanish flavour. We had so many little plates i can't remember everything but the Cod was great and my wife and I have been trying to recreate the belly pork with rosemary and butter beans at home ever since. Really enjoyed it and wasn't too expensive either.

Great food and best place for Iberico jamon - unusual wine list but compliments the food. Pork belly is also to die for

This was my second tript to Salt Yard, the first time was for dinner and this second time was for lunch. Both have been very good. The restaurant is always full whether it is lunch or dinner which is always a good sign.

This time I went with a collegue and we sat up at the bar because all the tables were full - this was fine for us as we were only there for a light lunch.

The salt cod and the stuffed courgette flowers were both very good and not what you get in a standard spanish resturant. I would definately recommend this place for people who like tapas but would like to try some new dishes.
