Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. I've never been to Tehran, so I don't know whether it is "authentic" but it certainly looked very much like a traditional "Shepherds Bush Persian" restaurant! They had no problem accommodating a group of 8 football supporters for our traditional end of season meal (sadly, this year, bemoaning relegation, rather than celebrating).
The food catered for the carnivores and the veggies amongst us and we all had plenty of variety in what we ate. The food was very well cooked, and enjoyed without complaint by everybody (quite an achievement on past experience with this gang!!).
The bill at the end of the night was also a pleasant surprise - not dirt-cheap, but not so high that anybody gulped; it meant we could divide it evenly without any assertions of "but I only had ....".
All in all, an excellent experience and I will certainly return to Sufi to repeat the pleasure.
