When we'd arrived, we were asked by a male Caucasian waiter if we had a reservation which we didn't. We were then told to wait even though there were empty seats aplenty. The Japanese chef then instructed the waiter to seat us nearby. After handing us our menus the other male Caucasian waiter asked us for drinks even before we had a chance to look. The friendly Japanese manager took our orders, and personally served us our drinks and food. When I'd asked the second Caucasian waiter for a fork, he'd gave me a dessert one! The food was delicious but clearly the waiters need to be replaced with competent ones who possess common sense.
