This house is in the ideal location to explore all London has to offer, the tube is only a few minutes walk away and is only a few stops from central London. Compared to the price of staying in a decent hotel this was excellent value for money.

Everything you need in the house is to hand, and the bedrooms and living areas are very comfortable.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine , microwave and oven, tea and coffee was also left for our use as well as a bottle of wine.

“A very convenient base in London”
Reviewed March 23, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We found this place readily accessible, very well kept, convenient and 'easy' to be in. It was close by to transport and shops, catered for eating in well, and was really comfortable with some lovely details. Area is ok, busy on game day but this can be planned around if you want to avoid it. We found the owners very helpful, assisting us in different ways during our stay. Being on the Piccadilly Line of the tube, you can access all the major sights of Central London with ease, and being near Finsbury Park enabled us to visit outside of London too.

“Fabulous location and cutest accommodation”
Reviewed July 3, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Great place to stay. Short walk to two tube lines and plenty of buses. Lots of eating places nearby as well as shops and supermarkets. Flat is compact but two comfy bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom modern and whole place is filled with light. Owner Chris lives next door and very happy to help with any queries. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

“Quiet retreat from a hectic London”

We booked this flat as a place to stay while visiting London and from the start were so pleased. The owner's were responsive to our inquiries, the flat was just as described, the owner meet us there upon arrival and welcomed us so warmly.

Light and breezy, with a modern finish this flat had a small, functional kitchenette. The living room space was small, doubling as dining space. We were so glad to be able to shop for our food and received excellent directions from the owner.

The flat is located in an older neighborhood, but after a day or so we felt quite comfortable getting from the tube station to the flat. We would definitely stay here again!

“A pristine house on a quiet street made for a perfect stay.”

With a generous bottle of Prosecco in the fridge when we arrived (thanks!!!) and plenty of room, we found the house to be ideal for our needs. Everything was comfy and well maintained. We explored a little of the local area, and ate at a place called Exeter Street Bakery - great local beer and amazing pizza. If you want to get onto the Tube there are stations very close by. All in all, a great find, and we'll be coming back!

“A great find close to Kings Cross and Central London”

This was our first family trip to London and what a great find! This is a great little terrace house extension close to Arsenal Tube and only a short walk to Finsbury Park which has both Tube and Overland train connections.
The place was exactly as described and photographed with a compact but intelligent design of space. The accommodation was brand new and as such it was impeccably clean and in perfect order.
The room arrangement was great for us as we have two children so the twin room with two single beds and a separate double means that the grown ups can watch TV and enjoy relaxing in the evening while the kids are going to sleep. Not something you can do in a family hotel room!
The hosts were welcoming and available when we needed them at the beginning to point out a good place to eat nearby and explain the key points of the accommodation.
I would not hesitate to stay there again either with my family or solo - and we will be recommending it to other friends and family who are traveling to London.
