After a busy day in London shopping and sightseeing we saw this place and thought we would have dinner as it looked like a good place to go. How wrong we were. After ordering our food we waited and waited! People came in after us and were given starters and main courses before we had been given our meal. After over 45 minutes waiting we enquired where our food was the waitress told us it was just coming out. After another 10 minutes our food finally arrived. When the food was put in front of us and we cut into our steaks I was further riled to discover mine was not cooked right so I got the waitresses attention and sent it back. When it was brought back to the table the waitress hadn't even put it down on the placemat when she realised that I had asked for no salad and there was salad on the plate, so she took it away again. After 5 minutes it was brought back but this time with no sauce so I had to wait again!! When we were finished we quickly asked for the bill as didn't want to stay any longer. The bill arrived and we noticed we were still being charged full price for this awful meal. I said to the waitress that we did not expect to pay full price because of all the problems and I would have expected a discount on the bill. She informed us that she would have to speak to the manger who thankfully agreed on a discount. We will certainly not be returning to this restaurant on our next visit to London!
