I visited the restaurant on saturday with a group of friends. The restaurants was busy and buzzy. We were there for a pre theatre meal as it's so close the the Royal Albert hall and the food was very good, the staff is just superb. We have been served by a brunette lady with curly hair and spec and she was just fantastic! She was had a chat with almost every table in the room without been noisy or pushy. The only negarive thing is that when we walkin we were welcomed and taken to the table only, he didn't give us even the menu, by a guy that wasn't wearing any uniform. Only after speaking with the staff we found out that he is the manager. I found it very unprofessional that the restaurant manager is not wearing a uniform, how a guest can ask for his help, and he come in and out of the restaurant every 5 minuets without going in any table but just stand in a corner talking to his staff. We will go back but for the brunette.
