“Great portion!”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

Had the salad with bacon, portion was huge! Towards the end got overloaded with cheese. Onion soup is excellent, as is the fish. Service is great and the place is really buzzing with weekday lunch crowd. Open kitchen concept makes eating at the bar quite interesting.

“An old favourite now reborn”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

When the old Electric Brasserie suffered its fire we were bereft, it's hamburger was the best in London. The reborn Electric diner is a different type of place, less choice and simpler menu but the food is still really good. The portion sizes are huge, my wife's pork chop was simply massive, but also of really good quality. Good selection of drinks as well. Prices are not out of kilter with similar places in London. The atmosphere is buzzy and full of people far trendier than us! I would avoid sitting at the bar in the window area as it tends to collect people standing and waiting for seats. The booths at the far end of the restaurant look rather comfortable.

“Surprisingly Delicious”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

Another great time in this Dinner, a very unusual menu that doesn't look that exciting at first but you will be happily surprised! We had the best combo: Flat iron chicken, sea bass and shared the raw vegetable salad, that was just perfect! (Burgers are delicious too).
Now if you really want to indulge share the waffles for desert, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

“Eclectic and Unique”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

Electric Diner in Notting hill serves a French-American menu it is adjacent to one of the oldest cinemas in London, the seating areas are a choice of booths or high chairs sitting at the open kitchen, the international staff are fun, attentive and helpful. We had fried house-made bologna sandwich, roasted bone marrow with beef cheek marmalade, cheeseburger, and honey-fried chicken with chilli and sesame seeds all excellent. Try the egg and chips with Mornay sauce and the root beer float.
