Description: Situated two minutes from the British Museum in Coptic Street the restaurant is a popular place for both families and tourists. Close to the heart of theatre land in the West End of Central London, the restaurant was established in 1967 and was the second PizzaExpress to open. The tiles on the walls are the original to the dairy and many of its features date back to 1967, which gives this restaurant a unique identity.

We've eaten there on a previous trip, and were not disappointed on our recent trip to London. The selection is great, the service just fine, and the pizza was tasty and done to perfection. Reasonably priced wine and pizza make this a good value.

Im not a pizza fan but my kids are so i was overruled when i suggested the thai round the corner.i must admit that i do like pizza express pizzas as i can only eat the super thin base ones of which they do a couple of variations.this place is fantastically located for the British Museum and was a very nice restaurant in lovely Bloomsbury.

We stopped off here inbetween the British Museum and a show at the Dominion Theatre. It's only a few minutes walk inbetween. The food was lovely and hot, the staff friendly. It is a lovely place that used to be an old milk dairy. The wall tiles are the originals and I believe it was the second pizza express to open. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and it was a lovely stop off for our dinner on a cold London evening.
