When to this restaurant with wife and three young grandchildren on Palm Sunday lunch time.
Although they were extremely busy, they quickly found us a suitable table.
There was a short, acceptable, wait for service, then, once our order was taken, the service was prompt, efficient and cheerful.
The food was spot on.

Went here after the Aquarium with my wife and 3-yr old and had another excellent experience. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and all requests are met with a smile and prompt response. At the weekends during the day the clientele must be 97% families with small children and it is a further testament to the management and staff that the smiles don't waver for an instant. Thoroughly recommended.

Not great at all, after being how's to our table, I took 15 minutes for a waiter to one over and ask to take the drinks order. This was to 18h30 when the place was still empty.
The drinks came with a pizza bread, garlic and mozzarella - at £4.50 it was a ripoff, soggy, about 10cm wide and tasted like nothing.
We decided to order pizza with a thin base as the experience with doughy garlic bread was enough, at a cost of £10 each, they came the size of a small pizza in SA.

Great taste but not much of them.

Deserts were nice and the family enjoyed these the most.

Service needs some major attention an the size of your pizzas could do with a upsize.

Very convenient for Royal Festival Hall, National Theatre, easy walk to London Eye and Waterloo Station. Always check for offers on line beforehand, you can reserves a table on line too. Always friendly, usual menu but for locatioon very reasonable prices and wine prices too. Can get larger groups who can be noisy, needs perhaps a quiet area at times, otherwise good, you know what you are getting and don't feel ripped off.
