Excellent service and divine food! I will definitely be returning!
Attended a birthday do with 18 people. All orders were correct and presented within half an hour?!
Very impressive for such a large group of people! Ordered lamb shank & it was the best I've ever tasted. The meat was well cooked & fell off the bone. All dishes were nicely presented.

Friendly and helpful staff who also helped us present a surprised birthday cake.

Originally we wanted to have the birthday meal at Tamang Thai next door, but they refused to serve such a large group. It was their lost, as we spent over £800 and we were so impressed with the cuisine and service here, very overwhelmed!

The food is great, but the best bit is the basement wine bar. A little gem in Crystal Palace. Gets very busy late on so get there early.

I think there was one other I copied table when we went here for lunch on Easter Monday. We ordered alarms bottle of water and a glass of wine, then. Roast veg salad and two sharing platters, one for each of 2 of us as a main course. The drinks took a while to arrive and came at different times. The food arrived, but they got only one of the three dishes right- they brought us one sharing platter, many a roast vegetables side dish. We go what we order in the end, though the roast vegetable salad they eventually brought didn't seem to contain any roast vegetables- maybe the plate of these that they had brought earlier was our lot...?! Wen the bill came they had out an extra £9.95 main course on it. We left the right money for what we had had and didn't leave a tip for service- my tip would be to write down accurately what is ordered....the food itself was delicious though. Really good baba garnish, hummus, olives etc.

We visited this restaurant years ago when my brother lived in the area. We have happy memories and believed it ti be the best restaurant in the area.
I'm pleased to report that nothing has changed. On the basis of our memories alone we arranged a meal fir 20 friends and family. The chef/owner couldn't have been more accommodating. He arranged a special menu with plenty of options. He even opened the restaurant early to suit our requirements.
The food was perfect. The food is cooked and presented to a very high standard. The waiters were happy to allow our own music to be played. Even though our guests made it diffficult for the waiters to serve their other customers, they put up with the inconvenience in good humour.
I almost forgot, the food is great value for money.
I eat out a lot. This compares well with Michelin starred establishments. It id definitely one of the bedt restaurants in London.
