A group of four of us visited the restaurant on a weekday evening and were the only people there the whole time. This would usually have been off-putting, but there was some great music playing and we had a good catch-up.
Considering there was no-one else there, service was incredibly slow. However, the food was worth the wait and luckily we weren't in a rush.
We ordered a variety of dishes which were brought out individually then dished out onto a sour pancake spread over a giant tray. I've never been to Eritrea but it seemed authentic and the food was all delicious. The waitress also modified our order slightly so that we had four dishes that worked well together - I would have been annoyed if it had been a favourite dish but I guess she knew what she was doing!
Would recommend for small groups of friends to make the most of sharing.
