the food is decent but god awfully slow service (due to kitchen) even though the place was not full - and not many table to start off with. The food was not complicated either, so should not have required huge prep. Service was pleasant & friendly but lacking in rigor. Décor is pretty crappy. this needs a lot of work. maybe Gordon should have called in the Restaurant Man to help him out in finalising the concept!
