I ate there twice, dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday. On Friday I had their special local wagyu beef. The server recommended it highly. I also ordered potatoes and spinach. For dessert some kind of blueberry concoction. I was very hungry so I have to confess that I ate most of it, although the beef was flavorless and grey, the potatoes were cold, and the dessert was heavy and sickly sweet. By the end of the meal I felt queasy. By morning I felt quite ill. I went down to the breakfast buffet thinking some yogurt might help me out. No such luck. I spent two days feeling ill and didn't try to eat again until I got back home on Monday. My dining partner and colleague had the chicken and while he was not made ill, his meal was also dull and cold. He chose to eat elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. It should be noted however that the view was lovely and the service was attentive.
