We are not a couple that would normally moan or cause a scene hence why we neber argued ajyhing. We decided to use the clubcard boost vouchers. Big mistake. When we arrived we were sat next to the til area so had staff queuing and congregating round a table all night. We ordered drinks only to be told they didnt have any peroni left on draught so we had to pay £6.40 for a bottle that then arrived warm. My boyfriend had a pizza that was under cooked and tasteless and I got stone cold chicken total disappointment. The prices are a rip off and if we hadnt had he vouchers id have walked out. We eat out a lot and this has to be the worst service and food ive had in a long time so sadly wil not be returning

We visited on the evening of December 23rd 2013. It was typically busy for the time of year, and incredibly noisy with one table full of very loud teenage girls.

Staff were good, and asked the noisy table several times to keep it down.
Service was unfortunately slow, but this could well have been due to the time of year and volume of customers in the restaurant.

Food was of average Prezzo fare with medium sized portions. I think our only disappointment was that we could barely hear one-another speak due to the group of noisy tearaway kids who didn't appear to have any parents with them. But as mentioned, staff did their best to control the monkeys.

We found free parking just along the way in one of the council pay and display car parks, which is free after 6pm.

I would like to re-visit at a different time of year and see how this restaurant is.

This is the second time we have visited , this time in the hope that the previous visit experience would not be repeated. Sadly it was. When we eat out we are looking for a pleasant and trauma free evening to enjoy a chat and catch up between my wife and myself. Our experience is anything but that although the food chosen from a very limited menu was excellent. Sadly though the house own label red wine at £14.50 per bottle had to be returned as undrinkable and its replacement at £14.95 (for which we were charged) was just about drinkable. For that price one may well expect a reasonable wine. Looking at the menu the wine that was maybe acceptable was priced at £18.00!!!!
Any way to the overall experience. We had booked a table on this Saturday night and arrived promptly. We then waited standing by the door for a good few minutes before being attended to. Were then walked up to the top of the restaurant only to be turned away and walked back towards the door. There were two tables one for 4 and one for 3 which were in a nice position and on which there was no Reserved notice. I asked if we could have the one set for three and was told that it was not possible and were taken to a table for 2 occupying the walk in line for other customers. We ate guarding our food from passers-by and waiting staff collecting and delivering drinks to the rest of the guests. The two tables referred to above remained unoccupied the whole time we were there. We talked to the Manager about this matter to which he offered the comment that the tables were to be used by a party of 16 ( 2 tables of 4 for a party of 16). Sad indeed.
We have cancelled our booking for Christmas eve.

We ate there on 21 September. For the prices charged, typically £10 for a main course, we found the quality and service great value and will be going back again.

I came usually two time per year in this town and prezzo is the first place where I wanna eat.
Ther'are a good meal, I like pasta, pizza and the desserts...about the second dish there aren't a lot of choices..but the taste is good.
Excellent service, the staff is kind and fast, onest price and wi-fi free.
