This is a fantastic restaurant. We had not been for about 5 years and wow it has changed, gaining a few Michelin stars on the way. Only a choice of 2 set menus at the weekend so if you are in any way picky be warned. I love giving myself to the chef and experiencing what he wants to show off. Food is seriously good; original, seasonal, balanced with the odd dip into real complexity and richness! We did wines with the dishes which takes you on a fascinating guided journey. Staff knowledgable and charming. Expensive of course but worth every penny.
