“A quality pub for dining and other fun in Pimlico”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

WE had a Sunday evening roast in the pub which has 2 floors with the upper floor being the restaurant. In the lower floor, the weekly quiz night was going on and seemed so much fun we couldn't help just hanging around after dinner to watch and catch the atmosphere. Seems like something to try to join on a future evening there. But upstairs was an intimate and quite nicely furnished dining room. Two of us had no room for a roast so ordered the pasta dish which was a very tasty tortellini stuffed with mushrooms. It fit the bill perfectly. One of us had the roast chicken and the other a steak. Both were cooked to perfection and delicious. We were also served by a lovely and friendly staff member from Paris who took very good care of us throughout. We will certainly return for the food also. This reaffirms that pubfaire is often the best choice when dining in the UK.

“Great for a fairly low key night”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

Went on a Thursday night while suffering from jet lag. Didn't want to go anywhere to upbeat but was still looking to have a little fun. Pretty great and funny DJ, a little dancing if you want, but could also sit a just drink your beer. I'd go back if I was in town.

The staff here were generally quite attentive however looked scruffy & bored. We went here for a work Xmas lunch.

The food was awful and generally didn't match what we had ordered. Steaks were really tough & well done regardless of how well done we had asked them to be done.

We asked for some extra wine glasses half way through the meal as people were having prosecco & wine and were told there weren't enough & we would have to make do with what we had.

During the course of our meal, they were also setting up other tables which meant they had the back door wide open with people dragging tables & chairs past our table continuously whilst we froze from the door being open.

Pudding really was the icing on the cake (excuse the pun), with cold desserts served on scorching hot plates, and the chocolate brownie looking distinctly like a bought in chocolate fudge cake. The waiter however assured us that it was definitely a chocolate brownie.....

“Appalling! Staff, food and overall experience.”
Reviewed December 3, 2013

I visited The Warwick last weekend as part of my sister’s birthday trip to London. A group of 7 decided to eat there, however, our experience there was terrible. We found the staff to be rude (more than one member), cutlery was dirty and food was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone – there are plenty of other eateries within the local area, of whom l am sure could provide a much higher standard of service and food!

“Can't wait to come back”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

I went to the Warwick last Thursday with my fiancé for a bite and drink over happy hour. I must say I was we'll impressed by the service and the quality of food and drinks. We had such a good time that we end up staying to past 10 in the evening! The staff was very helpful with tips of drinks and food and even later when it got busy we still felt very special and was well looked after!
I defiantly found my new place to come and visit every time I'm in central London.
Thank the Warwick for a great night we will decently be back soon :)
