“Delicious!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2013 via mobile

Ok you may argue that it's not the cheapest but their fish and chips is delicious and the portions huge. We had cod fillet, fish cakes and a kid's meal (cod and chips) which was really good value. Everything was delicious. The chips crispy outside and fluffy inside, the fish juicy and the batter crispy and not greasy at all. The fish cake was really yummy. We also had vegetable soup and that was very nice too. Can't falt the place and would definitely go back.

“Look no further for great fish & chips.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2013

North Sea Fish does it right. You choose from several kinds of fish - pretty much anything you can think of - and different breadings, and then add mushy peas if you like (best I've ever had) or Brussels sprouts, or another vegetable. Or have your fish grilled instead. A great fish place, near Kings Cross and/or Russell Sq. Station. Nice atmosphere, good noise level, pleasant service. You won't be disappointed.

“Five stars for Fish&Chips? Well, yes”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2013

Excellent batter, 12 or so varieties of fish to choose form as well as classic sides and quite good grilled sardines. Service good. It is rather pricey for a meal usually served in newspaper wrap so there's that

“Just as Fish and Chips Should Be”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 16, 2013 via mobile

Crispy light batter, beautifully golden fries, marshy peas, secret recipe tartar sauce; this place has it. Fish variety is surprisingly large. Sides of Spinach and brussle sprouts available. Black current sorbet is a perfect ending.
I had brussle sprouts and the sardine starter with tea. My husband had fried haddock and chips and mushy peas. We split the sorbet. Total was £28. The to go prices are much less. You can order the jumbo fish and they will bake, not bread and fry it.
