Welcoming Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Arab London. Always great variety of Lebanese/Arab favorites at a reasonable price. Fresh juices, especially mango, are outstanding. Huge choices of starters and mains. Often a daily special which is quite delicious. Male help are a cross section of Lebanese Arabs, Druze, Sunni, Shia, Maronites, Orthodox Christians. Female help tend to be Eastern European. Own Marouf Abu Zaki a fascinating character in his own right - a Lebanese Druze who immigrated to London some thirty years ago, and now owns a chain of London Lebanese restaurants - mostly some variation of Maroush, all of them very good and welcoming. Maroush Gardens the flagship and best.

We have eaten here several times over the years and the service and food are always very good. My favorites are the Hommus Beiruty, Labneh (strained yogurt), Jawaneh (marinated charcoal grilled chicken wings), and the Kibbeh Shamiyeh (fried lamb meatballs with cracked wheat and onions). Service is always attentive and friendly. The meal always includes a large bowl of fresh salad vegetables, man'oushe (flat bread), and at the end a large platter of fresh fruit. A meal here always feels like abundance with delicious variety. This is one of the best Lebanese restaurants in a district abounding with similar choices.

This was our first time at Maroush Gardens. We had the £35 set menu, which gave us more food than we could possibly manage. Everything was delicious, the Lebanese wine was great (and pretty well priced) and the general atmosphere was lively and fun. I'm sure we'll be back.

We went to celebrate my birthday on May 1st to this lovely place that we have been to a few times before.

They acter for vegetarian as well as meat eaters.
The portions are large and the food is some of the best I have ever had.
Graet variety of choice, attentive waiting staff very family friendly.

Please go and try, you are missing a great eating experiance.
