We have been here for lunch twice and found it to be average, however, we decided to come here for breakfast one morning only to be confronted with complete chaos! At 09.30 am the staff appeared to still be asleep and very disorganized. The blonde manageress was publically and verbally rude to a regular who came in to complain about the lack of service outside and we had to physically go inside twice to remind them about what we had ordered. Haven't had this dreadful service here or abroad for a very long time! Terrible. Avoid.

I ate a few times at manicomio. The food quality was good, within reason. However a bit pricey for the menu I felt. Otherwise it seems like a nice place to hang out and a good place for weekend brunches !-

A great venue with a bistro style food on the ground floor (didn't try) and a regular restaurant on the first floor - modern, high-ceiling room serving great italian food. Sicilian fish soup and salads are absolutely great as starters; mushroom agnolotti as good as in Italy; make sure to keep some space for desserts as chocolate crostini are delicious. All in a great venue for a quick lunch in the City.

Excellent, professional bar staff, particularly if you wish for a well made cocktail before dining. A nice menu. Starters included a good but underseasoned octopus salad on fresh cold pasta fregula, an excellent tuna tartar and good warm calamari salad. This evening featured turbot, that was perfectly prepared, moist and as fresh as imaginable. My rabbit and caper pappardelle was full flavoured and moist. There is a good Italian slanted wine list from which we enjoyed a Gavi di Gavi and a South African Malbec. Our service was professional, courteous and attentive. We will return.
