During a recent stay in London we went to this place for a try, having read good reviews. The atmosphere is casual and in contrast with the amazingly delicious food served! The tapas are grouped in 3 categories with a choice of ca. 10 in each: Fish, Meat and Vegi, and the ca. 90% of all that we tried were prepared with a fantasy and fresh products. Portions are pretty big for tapas and inexpensive for the quality and variety offered. We simply could not help ordering until we were completely full - all were so delicious! Selection of wines is moderate - all in the cheap to medium price category and good quality, mostly from Spain, and all with a great value for money. The service is fast and helpful (giving recommendations) and in the evenings the owner (who is Spanish) seems to be there and also open to a friendly chat with the visitors. We went there a second time and were absolutely happy again. Overall great place - will definitely return during a next visit in London.

My colleague and I ate lunch here today following a personal recommendation. Very short walk from mornington crescent tube. The owner is Spanish and really knows his stuff. There is no pomp here - just yummy fresh tapas made by people who really care about good food. Service was fast and the prawn, artichoke and beetroot dishes we tried were delicious - will be going again soon to try some more!

Had an excellent selection of tapas in this lovely little tapas restaurant close to Mornington Crescent tube. The boquerones and belly pork were particularly delicious and there was a good selection of reasonably priced Spanish wines. Service was fine... Friendly and efficient even though it was very busy. Will definitely return when next in London.

Hadn't heard about this place till a couple of days ago and was taken there today for lunch. If you like authentic Spanish tapas in a restaurant that looks like it had been plucked out of any old town/village in Spain or one of the islands, then this place is definitely for you.

The decor is a tad shabby and the tables very ordinary but this is a place you come to enjoy the food! The Vino Rosado was chilled to the point of ice, the tapas were really really good and we took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer which I forgot to ask but I think happens most lunchtimes. We had a mixture of fish, meat and vegetable dishes and everyone was beautifully cooked and immediately transported me back to lots of very similar places in Spain.

Costas the owner was every inch the attentive and friendly, but not overbearing, host and the staff were excellent including just a bit of the spanish 'tal vez mañana' which makes me feel right at home.

Their web site shows a garden terrace for the warmer weather and when we went today they were still getting it ready for the summer which was a slight shame.

Just go visit and I dare you not to fall in love with the place!!! You can't book if there are only two of you but just go and wait. There is a downstairs room for large groups.

I shall be going back there again, and probably again!

Great tapas within a short walk of Euston station. You cannot book just for two, but there are usually tables if you go early. The Pure de Habas (broad bean and garlic mix served hot with sourdough bread) is delicious and there are plenty of vegetarian dishes as well as fantastic fish and meat. Service is efficient and quick but not rushed and once the dishes have arrived, you are left to enjoy the food. Not cheap, but good quality food. One of my favourite places to eat in London.
