I have never had food in Spain quite like this. The tapas were delightful creations based on Spanish tapas but the flavours were very clearly defined and the food was arranged with artistic flair. Very impressed by the chargrilled octopus with paprika oil, the warm terrine of pigs trotter and the crispy chicken. Three tapas each was sufficient for a meal but you could have a main course too or instead. The wine was expensive with few bottles under £30. Perhaps the service was a bit over eager for those who may want to dwell over their meal.

We try to visit this spanish restaurant as much as we can, we last visit was back in May and everything nailed perfection, we don't know what happened with management, the food was as usual superb, but service really spoiled our night out, we been given a small table next to the bar for which we didn't complain, the waitress was very helpful, but the person that identify himself as the manager was doing nothing than yelling to the staff just right behind us, when my husband told him to calm down and try to let us enjoy dinner he got angry and ran away yelling words in spanish (we believe) afterwards we couldn't enjoy the rest of our dinner, my husband talked to the "manager" again and for our surprise he was a bit boozed up and we don't think we does speak good english as he couldn't understand many things and was just following the conversation and we didn't get any proper answer from him, anyway is a shame a Busy place with wonderful food like this one have this sort of management, we don't know what happened because in previous experiences everything was superb, we still thinking if we'll come back.

We really enjoyed our vist to this establishment where we enjoyed the expected tradition dishes but with a reinvented modern twist as compared to other places we have eaten tapas.Delicately done patatas bravas, fresh asparagus cooked to perfection were just a couple of the great dishes we had.
