I have never had food in Spain quite like this. The tapas were delightful creations based on Spanish tapas but the flavours were very clearly defined and the food was arranged with artistic flair. Very impressed by the chargrilled octopus with paprika oil, the warm terrine of pigs trotter and the crispy chicken. Three tapas each was sufficient for a meal but you could have a main course too or instead. The wine was expensive with few bottles under £30. Perhaps the service was a bit over eager for those who may want to dwell over their meal.
