Despite that the building does not have a distinctive portal entry but once in the building, you can tell that it is pretty modern and well kept with a lift installed.
We were generally rather pleased with the apartment and what it offers but do note that there is no views to the outside, the apartment faces the internal courtyard of the building. Anyway, when you are in London, you are hardly meant to be staying in.
Check in was great, we had someone to help us move our enormous amount of luggages and Jay was helpful especially when we had some problem with the internet access, he was quick to respond.
Location is hard to beat and there were so many cafes for breakfast, good Cantonese restaurants (we are in Bayswater), launderette (if you are too lazy to do your own laundry) across the street and shopping! Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury provide your daily needs.
The only thing is that the apartment would definitely benefit from having a better level of cleaning done to its living room and kitchen sink. I have already feedback to the management and hope that they will upgrade their cleaning crew as this apartment is really a good stay.

The title says it all! The apartment is much bigger than it seems in the photos which (I guess) is a rare find in the Bayswater area. We loved everything about it. The living area with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a sofa bed and a flat screen tv is perfect for a family chit chat after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. It has an open plan with a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities (as advertised) and a dining area that fits a table for six. The two bedrooms are very cosy with enough storage space for our winter jackets and more. The two bathrooms are squeaky clean. Overall, it's a 'brilliant' apartment.
Situated next to Whiteley's shopping mall and just off the Queensway road, the apartment is still very quite. The Bayswater undergound station is a three to five-minute walk away, and the Queensway station is a further 100 metres. The surrounding area has everything we needed, supermarkets, pharmacies, atms, restaurants serving local and international cuisines, top coffee shop chains like Costa and Starbucks and fast food chains like Mcdonalds and Subway. There're even high street fashion stores like Zara, H&M, Nine West etc located in Whiteley's.
We have always enjoyed our stay in London and staying in this apartment has made it even better. We hope to be able to stay here again the next time around. Highly recommended!
