Description: For global travellers with a cultured palate and a love of variety, Asia de Cuba is a destination restaurant with a must-taste fusion philosophy. The iconic St Martins Lane eatery has been newly renovated and now offers an updated menu and whimsical, enchanting interior design. Cuban-born executive concept chef Luis Pous enhances Jeffrey Chodorow's original culinary vision with experimental combinations and a new twist on old favourites. Inspired by the cultural synthesis of old Havana's Chinatown, Pous interprets Asian-influenced Cuban fare for a modern crowd and a discerning palate. The new Asia de Cuba retains the same authentic preparations, tropical accents, and sharing-style presentation loved by guests and food critics alike, now enhanced with a creative new menu and a chic new dining sanctuary. Fresh ingredients, handcrafted dishes, and eye-catching interiors make for an unforgettable dining experience with surprising cultural flavours. Bottomless Brunch runs from Friday to Sunday, with live music on a Saturday. Summer Terrace: Created in partnership with premium gin Tanqueray No. TEN, discover our summer terrace at St Martins Lane which is divided into two elements, representing the hotel’s interior outlets. One part echoes The Den serving Gin & Tonic Afternoon Tea that will satisfy and surprise the most discerning of the tipple’s enthusiasts; the other will reflect Asia de Cuba providing a selection of exclusive gin pairings.

Had a great dinner with colleagues, menu and service very good, food beautifully cooked. Back cod a favourite amongst the team. One area which could be reworked is the wine list which jumps from ordinary to spectacular with little in between. Would have loved more Italian wine on menus.

Thank you for your review of Asia de Cuba at St Martins Lane.

We are pleased that you and your colleagues enjoyed our melt in your mouth Black Cod, which is one of our most popular dishes.

We update our wine list regularly and we have a wide range of wines from the world, however I have passed your comments on to our sommelier who is always pleased to receive guest feedback.

The service and food are fabulous. Staff are very attentive and explain all the dishes to you and their recommendations were perfect. The idea is for sharing, which was a good idea. The food is spiced/seasoned so well, it is there but does not overtake the fish or chicken. Can recommend the mango mojito, octopus salad and sea bass! Share a dessert - its a must!

We are humbled that you chose to spend a special occasion dining at Asia de Cuba at St Martins Lane.

Our mango mojito is sweet and flavourful enough to whisk you of to Havana with each sip, so it is wonderful to hear you recommend it.

Please do not delay in returning and e-mail myself at roxanne.thompson@mhgc.com if you have any reservation requests or queries.

Had the tasting menu with 4 friends. Service was odd - the waiters were very friendly to us but disorganised and quite openly fighting with the lady in charge making faces & talking about her behind her back. The food was quite pleasant but not spectacular. 'Served to share' as a concept was emphasised to us, lest we fail to understand the idea, but 'plonked down in a large heap' was the reality. The loos were absolutely baffling. We all failed to find the doors. You'll see what I mean.

Bart was particularly excellent, I've been served by him before, he makes the best Mojito's in London. I was so pleased to be seated in his area again when I took the family out for our wedding anniversary. The pre theatre dinner plan is such a delicious meal and good value. Can't wait to return again.
