“Nice place, great location”
Reviewed 2 weeks ago for a stay in June 2018

The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. It is located in the middle of Soho and an easy walk to everything; restaurants, Pubs, shopping the Underground. The entrance, a door on a busy retail street was a bit unassuming, but the apartment was pretty good size. The kitchen was well equipped and bath was good.
The biggest problem we had was the lack of air conditioning. It’s unusual in London, but the weather was 80’ plus for our whole stay and the apartment was HOT. There were two fans provided which helped a little. There was also construction on the building and the front windows were obscured by scaffolding.
Would have rated this higher, but the heat at night was too difficult.

“Excellent accommodation and location”
Reviewed September 20, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

The flat was well appointed and comfortable and you couldn't asked for a more central location. There is daily housekeeping and management is very attentive and responsive to your needs.

The majority of venues you'd like to see in London are easily within a leisurely 30 minute stroll. The Theater District, Chinatown, The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey are essentially a straight walk south on Wardour St. (the name changes a couple of times). The British museum is just a short stroll to the northeast as is the famous Rock and Sole Plaice fish & chips restaurant. Carnaby Street is literally a few hundred yards to the west and make sure to stop at Jon Snow's Pub for a pint on your way.

There is a Sainsbury and Tesco just down the street and all the pubs and restaurants you could ask for.

There are several tube stations and numerous bus stops within 10 minutes. Additionally, their is enough activity in the immediate area you can always easily hail one of London's famous Black Taxis.

lf you can't find something to buy on Oxford Street, you're not trying...all the major department stores are there, Marks & Spencer, Selfridges, etc. and a little to the south is Harrods.

On our next trip to London, we will definitely stay there.

“THIRD STAY AND STILL HAPPY”
Reviewed September 6, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We stayed here for a holiday for a group of 14. We hired the four apartments in this building. The apartments are well appointed, clean and in great location.
This apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and features a bedroom and a sofa bed. the sofa bed is comfortable for one adult, but slightly uncomfortable for two adults, fine for 2 kids. It features a modern well appointed bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and large fridge, with a washer/dryer also included.
The flats also feature wifi.
They are well situated on Wardour Street, Soho, only 10 minutes walk to three subway stations. It is only two minutes walk north to Oxford Street, and 8-9 minutes walking south to Leicester Square.
There is a Tesco supermarket 2 minutes walk on the next block.
Booking was easy, and communication by Sarah was fantastic. Booking accomodation for 14 was very hectic, and she helped immensly with my queries prior, during and after our bookings.
I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this flat or any of the other three apartments in the same building. These flats are rented through INdigo Flats and they have rental properties all through central london (Trafalgar Square, Royal Ballet) both which we have stayed in.

“Great Location, Comfortable Stay”
Reviewed December 19, 2015 for a stay in December 2015

If you like to stay within a short walking distance from lots of shops, restaurants, street food popup tents, and theatres, the location of this apartment can't be beaten. For example, next door to the apartment on one side is a bakery and on the other side is a Spanish charcuterie. The street it is on is full of cafes and restaurants of various cuisines.

As for transportation, while it is not close to any one tube station, there are four stations in four directions, all within 10 minutes walk, so it is very convenient to choose one of those based on the tube line. (By the way, if you plan ahead to use a lot public transport, it is worth looking up Visitor Oyster card, which is for tourists only and has to be ordered from outside UK. It is cheaper than the standard Oyster card and offers discounts and perks at some tourist attractions.) It is easy to hail a cab on this street as well.

The apartment itself is lovely and well equipped. It is much larger than a three star hotel room at a similar rate per night. The rooms are very much as described on the website, clean and well maintained. Most apartment rentals don't offer daily cleaning during guest stay, but here cleaning staff comes in daily on weekdays.

Check in process is simple and straightforward. Key codes are given in advance so guests can do self-check in. The apartment is easy to find and not in an isolated area.

The service of the company that manages the apartment is superb. I contacted Sarah and she was always prompt with replies and helpful with my requests. She let us check out late because there were no other guests checking in that night and we really appreciated that.

My husband likes this apartment so much he said several times that next time we are in London, we must come back here again.
