We went as a group of 8 arriving immediately after a matinee at the theatre on Saturday.

Our pre-booked table was ready and we were made to feel very welcome by the host. The restaurant was nicely decorated and spotless.

Throughout our visit, staff were friendly and attentive.

We selected from the A la carte menu and for two courses and coffee with wine, it worked out at £37 per person.

The quality of food was excellent and the presentation perfect. Our only criticism would be the small choice of starters.

I had bruschetta pommodoro followed by a delightful mushroom risotto, served piping hot.

We will certainly go again.

My wife and I have stayed at a nearby hotel and have found Getti to be a delightful place to have lunch after the overnight flight from the US. It's not high-end but the food and service have been consistently satisfying, and I recommend it if you are in the area.

Went to Getti at Jermyn Street for dinner. My wife and I ordered food from two set of menus, la carte and express.
From the la carte menu, we thought we chose something simple, and if a restaurant can cook the simple food being delicious. We would comeback again for other food.
At the end, we ordered garlic bread and tagliatelle bolognese. The bread was disappointed, dry and not enough flavour (dare I say it's just like Pizza Hut). The tagliatelle is better and the meat is like corned beef!
From the express menu, we ordered a two course meal for £13.50 (good price), and we had calamari ripieni (squid in tomato and cappers sauce) and a pan fly plaice. The squid is nice and the plaice is Ok (not too fresh).
Services is average but a good front house staff and very welcoming.
Overall, an average experience.

We visited Getti early on a Saturday evening and the restaurant looked empty which was odd as all the other restaurants on Haymarket looked quite busy.
This could have been a bad omen, but thankfully it wasn't!
The food was fresh, and good value compared to the chains around the corner. Wine was a little pricey, but good quality, and this proved to be the expensive part of the bill!
Service was friendly and unobtrusive but was a little rushed. It would have been slower if the restaurant was a little busier I am sure. (The restaurant got busy by the time we left and it did take a few attempts to get noticed that we wanted our bill)
Would revisit if in the area again and didn't want to go to any of the big chains
