The food is dry and cold, the meat is under cooked, i found glass in my chicken, they charge you if you leave food on your plate, which most people would do considering the poor quality of the food, they even charge you for tap water and extra for ice!!! The staff are rude and place you on tables still with half full plates of food left from people before. Will never go back!! Ever!!! Infact there lucky they make you pay for the food before you eat or i would have refused!! And a small glass of coke without ice would set you back £3.50!!!

We have eaten here several times, and it is certainly one of the most popular places to eat in Chinatown. It appears to have had a 'makeover' - and we are not at all certain that this has had altogether positive results. The set menus are good value, and you can add dishes if you wish. They also seem willing to substitute dishes, but don't count on getting what you order! We asked for sweet and sour Hong Kong style pork to be replaced by sweet and sour chicken balls - and we got - yup, you guessed it, sweet and sour pork, Hong Kong style, which the member of our party - the one who requested the change - really does not like! The bill, as for other reviewers, came scribbled on a piece of paper. £93.00, for 3 of us, bearing little relation to what we'd had. We did receive an apology though, so we're happy to believe it an arithmetical error (three soups at £2.90 = £87.00!!) Of course, since the service charge is 10%, this also was incorrect, though service was very efficient - perhaps a little too brisk, with dishes being whisked away from under your nose the second you pause for breath.Wine is expensive - we reckon about 400% mark-up; we had the white house wine, a not-unpleasant but very modest little number at £15.00. There seem to be no other wines on the list at under £20.00 though again, some of them are of modest provenance. This remains, for us, however, a nice place to eat. Most of the diners seem to be of Chinese origin, and there cannot be a better recommendation than that. The place was buzzing throughout our meal, and walking along Lisle Street afterwards, most of its competitors were relatively quiet.

This place is to be avoided. Service awful, food rubbish and we were overcharged £23. Asked for our money that we were overcharged and it came in £1 coins. Bill came with just a number on it, £99, not itemised, just made up! Then they want to charge you a service charge....! AVOID!

Although the ground floor seemed to be very friendly and smiley, the downstairs was an absolute nightmare!
My friend and I decided to go for a quick lunch and we randomly decided to dine at this particular place.
We we greeted with a smile and were told to go downstairs as the upstairs was quite busy.
We were asked to sit at a round 10 person table with other people as they had no free tables. We thought it would be okay because they were sitting quite far away from us and this is where the troubles started.
We put our bags in chairs next to us and we were commanded to remove our belongings and put it on the floor as they decided to seat more people at out table.
By the time we ordered food our table was completely full - full of strangers. Everybody at the table were feeling rather uncomfortable.
After a long period of time our food had finally arrived. I must mention that the plates were freezing cold and the food wasn't even hot.
While everyone at the table were staring at us eating, I spotted a free table and asked the waitress if I could possible sit there. After she looked at me for 5-6 seconds she sighted and said that we're already eating our food, which was a good observation but still didn't answered my question so I had to ask her again but unfortunately she just walked off.
The whole experience was so uncomfortable and rude that we didn't even finish our food and decided just to pay and leave as soon as possible.
I'd definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone so if you're around China Town/Soho please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else to eat!
