I bought entry tickets with this company to visit the Tower of London. Simple, right? Not quite. They sold me a same day ticket at 5.03 pm, when the attraction was still open, but last admission was at 5 pm, so I I was bounced back from the gate at 5.10. So basically I was sold an impossible ticket to use. I immediately called the customer service number and they invited me to go in person to their offices- not sure to do what since my ticket was an online purchase and an email voucher. They simply refused to reimburse or issue me another ticket for the following day. The evening I emailed them and they answered me saying again to go to their office. My plane was in the pm, so I didn’t have time (nor extra $) to waist in transportation. Next morning I try again over the phone and make a fuss. They agreed to help me while I was at the tower ticket office, and I had to call them a third time at my own expenses. This ticket costed me, on top of its price, several minutes of international calls (I am italian and fortunately my English allow me to be extra clear), twenty five minutes in two different lines, and some bad memories. Very simply put, they should not be selling online tickets because they are not at all professional nor service oriented.
