After arriving and being given an apartment with 1 bed when there were four people booked into it I was shocked to have to argue that it was unsatisfactory. Then after being moved to a new room with one bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge we made do! However not happy at the amount of money we paid for the most uncomfortable nights sleep I have ever had! Squeaky beds, a hole in the back of the wardrobe, a ripped out bedside table, a tv that had fallen off the wall and was propped up on the side (hinges still hanging out the wall) half a smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, 2towels for 4 people, 3 glasses, 2knives, 3forks, a spoon, 3 plates, a broken kettle that you had to hold the button down the entire time to make it boil, 3 broken light bulbs another which tripped all the electrics the 2nd morning, blood stains up the wall next to my pillow! White crispy stains on the cusions on sofa bed (as if that's not bad enough alone!!) plug sockets hanging off the wall...do I really need to go on?! I am no snob but this place was hideous! I wouldn't ever let anyone stay there by choice! Awful awful awful!! Also I was 1 of 22 people staying here...and all of the rooms were the same and only 2 rooms were set up for the correct amount of people when we got there all other rooms had to be changed or beds had to be brought in! Most unorganised awful service ever!! Steer clear!!!!!

A group of friends stayed here on Saturday, on arrival the apartment looked clean but basic. Me and my partner were staying on the sofa bed which resembled a cardboard box, the mattress was stained and torn. The mattress was the thickness of a duvet with a big metal pole sticking in your back. The blind was broken and only came down half way, which was awful considering there was a flat roof and people were out there smoking and could see straight in. I went to complain to reception but they had no answer as they were fully booked so could not change rooms or do anything for us. There was also a boiler in the kitchen area which went off loudly on and off all night. We had a maximum of 2 hours sleep, myself ending up on the floor with the sofa cushions and my partner sleeping on the thin mattress also on the floor. Luckily the room was very hot and the tiny duvet was not needed. We were woken early by the sun blazing in through the blinds. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is expecting a good nights sleep!

When entering the room you were met with a stale smoke smell, although it is a non smoking room we were on the first floor with windows opening on to a flat roof which resembled a old ash tray.
Then the tv would not work, we pointed this out to which some one was up to sort it out straight away. We were only staying the one night so put up with what was there,if we were staying longer we would have complained. No toilet paper ,both blinds were bent and broken, quite a dangerous edging strip between kitchen flooring and carpet my daughter caught her foot on it twice.Bathroom was very nice clean and modern there was a small chip in bath but no plug and couldn't get shower to work. Kitchen was large but lacked in equipment again no plug for sink no drying up cloth, only three glasses for 4 people. Carpets worn and stained whole please could do with a overhaul. Not somewhere I would recommend .

First impression is one of spaciousness as you open the door into another corridoor with 3 doors coming off it....large,modern bathroom, bedroom and living area.
bedroom....bed was terrible,heater didnt work,window didnt cloose,venetians broken.
living room....nice size,also 4 burner hotplaate,large fridge, undersink washing machine,microwave etc,lots of cupboards,tv,cable etc.
broken edging on floor tiles, venetians broken, couch badly worn.

if only these people would spent just a few pounds on this place in maintenance, it could be fabulous

Booked for one Saturday night. Arrived at about midday in the hope we could check in early before the stated 2PM check-in as you can at a lot of hotels if the room is ready. Yes we could have as the room was ready but that would be £40 extra we were told. No problem so checked in at 2PM and was upgraded to a 2 bed apartment from a one bed and sofa.
As previous comments accommodation is basic and flooring stained but was clean in general. Up keep is not the best as the television did not work as the cable in the wall was broken and it was dark as 3 light bulbs did not work. These bulbs were replaced on asking. No toilet roll in the bathroom.
Generally had a good stay due to location local facilities and rail transport close by.
Just Ok but not as bad as some reviews state.

Stayed here at the weekend. We weren't after anything fancy and this suited our needs. The location was very handy for both the underground and overground. There was a Tesco Express and a cash machine underneath the apartments, which again was very handy! We had booked a two bedroom apartment with sofa bed- one of the bedrooms was really just part of the living area partitioned off with sliding doors. This didn't bother us but I expect it might some people. The apartment was clean but showed signs of wear and tear. Our apartment didn't have a kettle and the TV didn't work. However, when we mentioned this to the reception they came and fixed it straight away and brought up a kettle. The cooking facilities were limited- only one very small pan and there were no cloths or sponges to wash up with. We booked at a really good rate and didn't plan to be in the apartment much so it was fine for us and we had a great weekend. I would recommend for groups of friends after something cheap and handy. If you're after something more luxurious then I wouldn't necessarily recommend these apartments for you.
