“Very Good Value”
Reviewed February 23, 2014

We stayed here with our two teenage sons this week and can say I think I have been converted to Premier Inns after our first stay. We visit London regularly and normally pay twice the price but find it so hard with the kids to find a good deal in the other hotels even finding a family room is difficult, hence trying the Premier Inn. We booked in advance and got a great deal with breakfast. The Rooms were really clean except one long black hair on the shower wall which joined us for our stay, we all have short hair so this wasn't one of ours!! the shower was powerful and spacious, the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in and very welcoming after lots of walking, strangely it was short in length and our feet hung out of the bottom but this didn't effect any of us! I have to say every member of staff was friendly and welcoming which was so nice so a pat on the back to you all. Breakfast was far better than I expected fresh, plentiful, excellent quantity and a good choice, our boys loved this. The only downside was a very busy restaraunt and a wait to get a table, what seemed strange was being half term and only having one waitress clearing tables and one filling the buffet, this is what caused the delays, when eating you looked at dirty full tables that hadn't been cleared and while you ate your table was never cleared and all the used crocks were balanced on one side, this problem could easily be solved and the wait for tables erased!! However these are minor niggles that in no way effected our stay and we will certainly use Premier Inns in the future.

If your looking for somewhere with good access to London I'd really recommend here - it's close to the tube and tower bridge as well as the Tower of London. I stayed with the family with 2 kids and it was perfect, food in the restaurant as well as a mega breakfast too

Very convenient to London's attractions with tube station within walking distance. Great staff and very clean hotel.
Me and my family stayed 2 nights here with no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it. Food was plentiful and tasty especially the breakfast buffet which my nine year old son loved.

Well done Premier Inn, you've done it again - the standards we have enjoyed at all the your hotels are consistent, great service, comfortable and clean rooms and enjoyable breakfast - all this and good value too! Your staff are a joy - they are friendly without being familiar, efficient without being fussy and a real asset to Premier Inn.

Only stayed for one night but it was good value for money, great service, great room, great breakfast, fabulous shower. More central for business than pleasure, so a little to far to walk into the city centre and tube is a little awkward.

Just stayed in a party of six Valentines Friday until Sunday. Really good location only a few minutes from the tube at Tower Hill. Greeted by lovely staff - very pleased our rooms were altogether - usual high standard of Premier. Liked the fact that rooms are not heated so your choice with aircon unit whether you like it hot or cooler. Great shower and huge cubicle. Breakfast great kept us going for hours. Late breakfast Sunday morning too. Late bar/coffee in reception very nice for a nightcap after a night out. Only downside was restaurant not open until 6pm and we were hungry on arrival but there is a wetherspoons across the road so not a huge problem. Secure luggage storage after checkout was appreciated. Will definitely stay there next time. Couldnt fault it.
