If all you want is a room with a bed in to crash before taking the train somewhere then this hotel is ideally located to St Pancras with plenty of food outlets nearby. If you're staying more than one night then this hotel is probably not for you. Although spotlessly clean, the facilities are basic. There is no kettle, no hair dryer, no room to sit and chill out. Just a bed with worn out bedding and a rail to hang your clothes on. Flies were an issue in my room too but I coped.
For £70 a night I would choose the travelodge just down the road.

Stayed here overnight when attending the 02 to see Brad Paisley. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to St Pancras Station as we needed to catch an early train in the morning.
The staff were pleasant and helpful allowing us to check in early.
We only needed somewhere to put our heads for the night and this hotel was OK for that. I was dissappointed to see there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the only mirror was in the shower room. As the room was the price of a Travelodge I would have expected a little more.
However, the room was clean. It was in the basement and the decor was a little dingy but it served its purpose. Having said that I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Room tip: Try not to get a basement room.

The location of this hotel is great. It is just a few 100 metres from Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations. If you are going to stay here it might not be a bad idea to book a triple if there are two of you. We did and the suit cases fit on the other bed. so we had room to move around. The staff were very pleasant.

Main advantage of this hotel is that it is situated really close to King's cross and St. Pancras station that is huge transport hub where you can start quick travel to almost any sightseeing of London. Hotel's staff is friendly and competent. WiFi was free and unlimited so it was really useful. Disadvantages of this hotel were represented by very small rooms and small double bed, and companies of people who smoke and cry under hotel's windows at night. Also there were very thin windows so you'd better ask them about temperature in the room if you are going to visit them in cold time.

Arrived in our room to the window wide open and flies buzzing around. Managed to get them out the room and finally got to sleep on the squeeky bed, which wasnt easy with all the noise coming from the corridors. Much to our surprise when we arrived back at the room the next night the window was wide open again and about 20 flies in the room. Have no idea why the cleaners leave the window open when you have your luggage/valuables in the room. Absolutely shocking.

Great location but even that wouldnt be enough to make me stay here again. Rooms are tiny, as is the bathroom. Would rather pay extra for a semi decent hotel.
