I stayed at the sanctum apartments for 9 nights in the month of may '12.we were four of us and were pleasantly surprised on our arrival as we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite.the apartment was spic and span and had a large living area with an attached kitchenette.despite being in central London, the rooms were quiet and a short walk away from the supermarket.its a 10 minute walk to kill burn park tube station making the whole of central London easily accessible.the hotel staff were helpful with directions and booking excursions.the entire building is covered by security cameras making one feel very safe and taxis are readily available even in the middle of the night.cant recommend the apartment highly enough as hotel rooms fraction of the size of the apartment, can get very expensive during the summer months.i never felt the need to move to a hotel as there are plenty of bars and diners in the neighborhood.the stay was great and as I keep on visiting London I might have just found a permanent address.

Stayed here for a couple of nights to go to see a show. I was a little nervous about the fact the receptionist took a £200 deposit from my credit card as I checked in, but I suppose they are a little careful nowadays. They did cancel this as soon as they checked the room, but nevertheless I felt uneasy till I was sure I got my money back.
The position of this apartment is very good as it is very close to the underground and overground train stations and central London is only a few stops away. The apartment itself was fairly compact and could have done with being a bit larger, but it was comfortable with all 'mod coms' a couple of bits needed refitting like the skirting near the dishwasher.but for a family of 3 it was ideal. Outside was not too much to shout about and was less than salubrious but only a short walk from many shops, ideal if you are self catering. I would recommend this for small families.

This hotel is hghly recommended if you do not need to be in the very center of town. It offers spacious and well apppointed suites complete with a small kitchen. Daily service can be obtained at an extra charge but wi fi is free. Although the hotel is on a main thoroughfare the rooms are quiet. There were three aspects that prompted our high rating. The hotel is close to three underground stations and on several key bus routes. It took us less than 20 minutes direct on the Bakerloo line to get to Piccadily Circus to go to the theater. There are three supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and there is a Starbucks next door. .Even more pleasing was the attentive service from the reception. Any requests we had were very promptly attended to.

It is difficult to find a roomy apartment in London.... except for Sanctum Apartments. Apartments have quite a lot of space and are well layed out .The staff very amenable and helpful . I thought the place was reasonably new because of the excellent condition of the rooms, foyer etc. but was told it was 7 years old so Sanctum is obviously well maintained. We satyed there for 18 nights and would do so again without hesitation. Our apt. had seperate lounge and eating area.a small but efficient fully equiped ( except for a sink plug) kitchen with the advantage of a built in washer/dryer. All cooking and crockery requirements.Bathroom is modern and roomy. Bed room with large double and good hanging space. This room had views over Kilburn High Road. There are only a couple of restaurants or pubs in the area but a big Sainsburys and other large chains some 200meters away with a mini Tescos and Starbucks .We usually cooked ourselves or ate out of area.. The bus stop almost outside the building gives access to a No.16 or 98 bus that travels straight down Edgeware Rd to Marble Arch....20 min ride. Tube is in walking distance

This is our first time at apartment rather than hotel. It was fabulous. My husband, my grandson and I stayed for 3 nights. We had a 1 bed deluxe that was plenty big enough for the three of us. Very clean, well kitted out and perfect location for bus and tube. Loads of shops and bars within minutes if you want to stay local. We drove down so the parking was one of the reasons we chose this particular place; basically it's 15 minutes drive from the bottom of M1. Staff were really helpful throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning at some point.
