The hotel was excellent. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade. The staff was very helpful.

Spent one night here and will definately return. Every member of staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Were able to get an early check-in without prior arrangement. Were lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe room - would certainly recommend. Great location. Can't wait to come back - thank you.

Stayed 1 night on business recently at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. Excellent location and very nice moden rooms. Food in restaurant and breakfast was OK. However, mobile reception in bedroom was terrible. Had to keep going down to the lounge to get any mobile reception. Overall, one of my better London business hotel stays.

We visited the Tower Bridge Hilton for a long weekend Friday to Monday to celebrate a special birthday for a family member who had not visited London before. We have visited London on many occasions and always stay at the Intercontinental on Park Lane. However on this occasion we opted after much research to stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge, what an excellent choice this was. The reason for this was they offered larger rooms to accomodate children still at a reasonalbe price

Overall the service we received was excellent, the staff can not do enough for you. When we arrived we booked in, but one of our rooms was not ready but we were early - we dropped of our suitcases and went to the Houses of Parliament for a planned guided tour - this was excellent - we would highly recommend this. When we arrived back at the hotel both our rooms were ready - we had booked excecutive rooms which gave us access to the Executive Lounge, but we were again upgraded. The rooms were of a high standard and very clean and modern. Also a good size particulary for Central London. In the room we were left with a birthday cake and balloons with a birthday card - what a lovely personal touch.

That evening we visited Gordon Ramsey's resturant Claridges - the meal was fabulous. See our review seperatley for this.

The following day we visited Wimbledon Tennis Club - which the hotel arranged together with the transport. That evening we booked a meal in the hotel resturant - The Larder. Food was excellent and very good value - they offered as birthday treat a glass of champagne each. We enjoyed it that much we ate again in there the following night.

The staff at reception, conceierge and the Executive Lounge were very helpful friendly and proffesional overall were excellent.

I could not find fault with this hotel, the only issue was it is not central so you have to rely on public transport we used taxis - but we did not find this a problem. Would higly recommend.
